2022 Michigan Association of Broadcasters Student Broadcast Awards Documentary Winner
During my senior year at Ferris State University, I had the incredible opportunity to work with a few of my classmates to produce this documentary about a homeless shelter located in Big Rapids, Michigan. This experience was amazing, and it was our great honor to tell this powerful story about people who have gone through so much hardship and how they are working hard to better their lives. In the spring of 2022, it was announced that this piece took First Place in the category of Documentary for the Michigan Association of Broadcasters Student Broadcast Awards. We are thrilled that so many people were touched by this story. I would highly encourage you to take a look!
